CRM, email and SMS MCP stack for your AI

The deal pipeline and the four places a customer's contact record is quietly duplicated.

  • Klaviyo
  • ActiveCampaign
  • Mailchimp
  • Postscript

One question, every connection

The tool names below are the real ones your client calls. Check any chain against the catalog on the integration’s own page.

One person — every list they are on, everywhere.

  1. HubSpothubspot_contacts_search
  2. Klaviyoklaviyo_get_profilesklaviyo_get_lists_for_profile
  3. ActiveCampaignactivecampaign_list_contactsactivecampaign_list_tags_for_contact
  4. Mailchimpmailchimp_get_search_members
  5. Postscriptpostscript_get_subscriber

Five subscriber databases answering the same question at once — the check nobody does by hand before a send, and the one that catches a double message.

Turning it on

Nothing to deploy, and nothing to install on the provider side.

  1. Connect the accounts

One connection per store, property or ad account. Each takes an API credential off one settings screen. Credentials are encrypted at rest and never reach your AI client.

  2. Tick what each client reaches

Your client signs in to PopMCP with OAuth and gets only the connections you approve. Writes run the moment it calls them, so keep reporting teammates on read-only.

  3. Register one URL

app.popmcp.com/mcp, once per client. Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and the rest reach the same five connections with the same permissions.

Five connections need Starter or above — the free tier holds two. See what each plan includes.

The other stacks

Same endpoint, same controls. Most teams end up running two or three of them side by side.

Questions about the CRM, email and SMS stack

Will this merge or deduplicate my contacts?

No, and it deliberately does not try. It reads all five and tells you where the same person appears, what tags and lists they carry in each, and where they have opted out. What you do about it stays a decision, made with the write tools of whichever platform should own the record.

Can it send a campaign?

It can create and update campaigns, tag members, add profiles to lists and send SMS messages, because those write tools are in the catalogs. A send is irreversible the moment the AI calls it, so this is a stack to keep on read-only for anyone who is only reporting.

What about opt-outs and consent?

Postscript exposes opt-out and data redaction tools and Klaviyo carries a data privacy module, so a request can be honoured across the stack in one pass. Consent still belongs to you: PopMCP is the access layer, not the compliance record, and the provider's own rules apply exactly as they do in its dashboard.
