How requests are reviewed
Every request moves through the same four steps.
- Received
Submit the request
Tell us the tool, link its API documentation and describe what you want to automate.
- In review
Technical review
We check the provider's API, how it authenticates and which actions it exposes.
- Decision
Get an answer
You hear back with a yes, a not yet or a no, along with the reason.
- Live
Connect it
Approved tools join the catalog and count as a connection on your existing plan.
What we look for
Three requirements decide whether a tool can be connected. Demand helps us choose between the ones that meet them.
Send a request we can act on
The form takes about two minutes. A link to the API docs and a real workflow speed up the review more than anything else. Send one tool per request.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to request an integration?
No. Anyone can submit a request. You only need a PopMCP account to connect the integration once it is live.
Does it cost anything to request an integration?
No. Requests are free, and new integrations are not held back for a higher plan. Once live, each one counts as a connection like any other.
Can I request more than one tool?
Yes. Send one request per tool so each can be reviewed on its own.
What decides whether a tool gets added?
The provider needs a public, documented API, credentials you can create for your own account, and actions that are useful to an agent. Demand from other teams helps us prioritise between tools that meet those requirements.
What if the provider's API is private or in beta?
We can only build against public, documented APIs. Send the request anyway. If the provider opens its API later, we already know you need it.
Can you connect an internal or custom-built tool?
The catalog covers tools that many businesses use. For an internal system, book a demo and we will tell you whether it is something we can support.
What happens if a tool cannot be added?
We tell you which requirement it does not meet, so you can plan around it.
We can walk through what is live, what is in review and what fits your stack.
