Credentials off one Seek screen, then an endpoint your client signs into. Nothing to deploy, and nothing to install.
Once SEEK has approved your business, open Client credentials in SEEK's Developer Dashboard, make a set of live credentials and copy the Client ID and Client secret into PopMCP. Then pick the hirer this connection acts for.
Your SEEK client ID••••••••••••3f7aPosting, changing and closing job ads and everything else that edits SEEK are writes and wait until an owner or admin allows write actions; new connections start read-only. Job ads are real and usually charged to the hirer, so the AI is told to show the price and ask first. Each connection acts for one hirer and refuses another.
Drop the PopMCP URL into Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex or any other supported client. It signs in through PopMCP with OAuth, so your Seek credential never leaves the server.
app.popmcp.com/mcpAsk for something harmless before the agent changes anything. Writes run as soon as it calls them, so confirm it reads the right account first.
Which of our job ads are open on Seek right now?
seek_list_position_openingsok
Then just ask for the work
“Which of our job ads are open on Seek right now?”
“Who applied for our jobs this week, and for which role?”
“Show me this candidate's full application and download their resume”
“What would it cost to advertise a line cook job in Richmond, Victoria?”
“Post this line cook job with the ad option I just picked”
“Close the job ad for the barista role, we have filled it”
One hosted endpoint, registered once per client. The same tools and the same permissions, whichever window the request comes from.
Add the PopMCP URL under Customize → Connectors and the tools appear in every chat.
The same endpoint, registered in the browser. Nothing to install on the machine you are working from.
Register PopMCP as a custom connector, then let ChatGPT read and update the account.
Wire the endpoint into Codex or the Codex CLI when a task needs live business context, not a fixture.
Register the remote MCP server in OpenCode's config for terminal-first and scripted agent runs.
Add PopMCP as an MCP server in Z.ai's desktop app and work the account from the same window.
FAQ
What teams ask before putting Seek behind an AI client.
Only a business SEEK has approved for its API. SEEK has no self-service key: you send its integration request form, and it assesses each request individually and says it will try to confirm the outcome within 10 business days. The form lists SEEK Customer as a type of applicant, as well as recruitment software providers. If you only post ads on SEEK's own site, or through a recruitment system that handles this for you, you will not have these credentials.
The Client ID and Client secret from Client credentials in SEEK's Developer Dashboard. SEEK shows the secret only when you create the set. PopMCP stores it encrypted, exchanges it for short-lived tokens on the server, and never sends it to your AI client.
One set of SEEK credentials can reach every hirer linked to your business. PopMCP pins each connection to one hirer. Its id is filled in for you, and a request about a different hirer is refused. To work across several hirers, connect each one in its own workspace.
New connections are read-only, so nothing can be posted until an owner or admin allows write actions. Even then the posting tool needs an explicit confirmation that the person has seen the price, and repeating the same call does not post the ad twice. SEEK sets the prices, and they can change, so the AI reads them live each time.
It reads what a candidate sends with an application: their details, answers, resume and cover letter, where your hirer has that SEEK feature turned on. It leaves out SEEK's separate candidate profile panel, because SEEK's API terms keep that information inside SEEK's own panel.
SEEK turns features on per hirer, for example job posting and application export, and its support team sets them up. Ask the AI to show your hirer's details to see which are on. If one is missing, ask SEEK to add it.
Yes, if your Developer Dashboard includes Playground credentials. Connect them the same way and PopMCP detects them. You get SEEK's mock data, and SEEK checks a write's input and then refuses it, so nothing real changes.
No. PopMCP hosts it and gives you a Streamable HTTP MCP URL. There is nothing to deploy, no callback URL to register, and no infrastructure to keep running or patch.
Any client that supports a remote Streamable HTTP MCP server: Claude Desktop, Claude Web, Claude Code, ChatGPT custom connectors, Codex and the Codex CLI, OpenCode and Z.ai's ZCode, as well as editors such as Cursor, Windsurf and Zed. Your client signs in to PopMCP with OAuth; the provider credential never leaves the server.
Connect Seek in PopMCP first, then run claude mcp add --transport http popmcp https://app.popmcp.com/mcp in a terminal. Inside Claude Code, run /mcp and sign in to PopMCP in the browser window it opens, ticking Seek on the consent screen. The Seek tools are then available in that session, and no Seek credential is stored on your machine.
Loading 76 tool definitions into every conversation burns context before the work starts. PopMCP loads a curated 33-tool set covering the everyday workflows and keeps the rest searchable, so your AI pulls a specialist tool only when a task needs it. Every tool stays searchable, and on Scale the owner can load the full catalog for a teammate's connection.
A tool is something your AI calls, and there are 76 here. A trigger is something PopMCP watches for you: 5 Seek events that can start work on the PopMCP side. Triggers never enter your AI client's context, and none of them ask you to paste a callback URL into Seek.
Launch a hosted MCP endpoint for Seek, keep tool access under control, and start testing real workflow prompts right away.
