15 tools in the full catalog: 15 read and 0 write. 15 load by default, and the rest are found with tool search.

Credentials off one Loox screen, then an endpoint your client signs into. Nothing to deploy, and nothing to install.
In the Loox admin, open Settings, then API Keys. Copy the Public Store ID at the top of the page, then click Generate and copy the new key, because Loox shows it only once. Paste both here. Loox says its API is available on the Convert and Unlimited plans.
4JG3Fn92E.37d12ab29c4d...••••••••••••3f7aLoox's API only reads, so the AI cannot publish, hide, delete or reply to a review. Those stay in the Loox admin, and the AI can draft a reply for you to paste in. The merchant tools can read reviewer emails, customer ids and order ids. Each connection reaches one Loox store.
Drop the PopMCP URL into Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex or any other supported client. It signs in through PopMCP with OAuth, so your Loox credential never leaves the server.
app.popmcp.com/mcpAsk for something harmless before the agent changes anything. Writes run as soon as it calls them, so confirm it reads the right account first.
What's our average rating this month, and how many reviews at each star?

Then just ask for the work
“What's our average rating this month, and how many reviews at each star?”
“Which low-rated reviews are still waiting for a reply? Draft an answer to each”
“Which products have the best and worst ratings, with at least five reviews?”
“Did jane@example.com leave a review, and what did she say?”
“Show me the reviews waiting to be published”
“Find five-star reviews of this product in German, for our product page”
One hosted endpoint, registered once per client. The same tools and the same permissions, whichever window the request comes from.
Add the PopMCP URL under Customize → Connectors and the tools appear in every chat.
The same endpoint, registered in the browser. Nothing to install on the machine you are working from.
Register PopMCP as a custom connector, then let ChatGPT read and update the account.
Wire the endpoint into Codex or the Codex CLI when a task needs live business context, not a fixture.
Register the remote MCP server in OpenCode's config for terminal-first and scripted agent runs.
Add PopMCP as an MCP server in Z.ai's desktop app and work the account from the same window.
FAQ
What teams ask before putting Loox behind an AI client.
Your Public Store ID and an API key, both under Settings, API Keys in the Loox admin. Loox says its API is available on the Convert and Unlimited plans. There is no app to register. Loox shows a key only once, so copy it when you make it.
No. Loox says both of its APIs are read-only, and reviews can only be created, changed or deleted in the Loox admin. The AI can find the reviews that need an answer and draft replies for you to paste in.
The merchant tools return reviewer emails, Shopify customer ids and order ids, because finding a customer's reviews needs them. The tools with published in their name show what shoppers see, with abbreviated names and no email or order data, so use those for marketing copy. Review text comes back marked as third-party content, and the AI is told never to act on instructions inside it.
Yes, on plans where Loox includes AI translations. The tools with published in their name take a language, and show the translation alongside the customer's own words when Loox has one.
Loox has no filter for that, so find_reviews_by_customer reads reviews newest first and checks each one by email, customer id or order id. It reads up to a fixed number of pages, and says so when it could not check them all, so a clean miss is never overstated. Narrowing the dates helps on a large store.
The AI reads your latest reviews whenever you ask. Loox can also send webhooks to a server of your own, but they are only set up under Settings, API Keys in the Loox admin, so PopMCP cannot add one for you.
No. PopMCP hosts it and gives you a Streamable HTTP MCP URL. There is nothing to deploy, no callback URL to register, and no infrastructure to keep running or patch.
Any client that supports a remote Streamable HTTP MCP server: Claude Desktop, Claude Web, Claude Code, ChatGPT custom connectors, Codex and the Codex CLI, OpenCode and Z.ai's ZCode, as well as editors such as Cursor, Windsurf and Zed. Your client signs in to PopMCP with OAuth; the provider credential never leaves the server.
Connect Loox in PopMCP first, then run claude mcp add --transport http popmcp https://app.popmcp.com/mcp in a terminal. Inside Claude Code, run /mcp and sign in to PopMCP in the browser window it opens, ticking Loox on the consent screen. The Loox tools are then available in that session, and no Loox credential is stored on your machine.
Yes. The Loox catalog is small enough that all 15 tool definitions load into every conversation, so your AI never has to search for one before it can call it.
A tool is something your AI calls, and there are 15 here. A trigger is something PopMCP watches for you: 9 Loox events that can start work on the PopMCP side. Triggers never enter your AI client's context, and none of them ask you to paste a callback URL into Loox.
Launch a hosted MCP endpoint for Loox, keep tool access under control, and start testing real workflow prompts right away.
